Discount Calculator
Calculate the final price of an item after applying a percentage discount.
How the Discount Calculator works
Use the Discount Calculator to determine the final price of an item after a percentage discount.
Enter the "Original price" of the item. This is the price before any discount is applied. For example, if a shirt costs ₹2499, you would enter 2499 in this field.
Next, enter the "Discount (%)" in percentage form. This is the percentage reduction from the original price. For instance, if the shirt has a 30% discount, you would enter 30.
The calculator will then display the final price you will pay and the total amount you save. This tool helps you quickly see the actual cost of discounted items.
Formula used
discounted price = price − (price × discount ÷ 100)
| Symbol | Meaning |
|---|---|
| price | original marked price |
| discount | discount percentage |
Enter the percentage off, not the final price. For stacked offers apply one discount at a time — 10% then 20% is not the same as a flat 30%.
Inputs used: Original price, Discount (%).
